Mike Richard has been American Board Certified since 1985 and is a member of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists as well as the Florida Association of Orthtoics and Prosthetics.
As the founder of APO, Mike Richard believes in providing patients with the most advanced technology along with the best patient care. He has received many product certifications.
Mike Richard also believes in giving back. He has volunteered in Grenada for the past 20 years and has helped create a prosthetic lab in Milot, Haiti after the earthquake. He continues his mission work in Haiti.
Alti Ndreka, CPO/LPO
Alti Ndreka is a certified prosthetist and orthotist as well as an Above Knee Amputee.
He is very active inpatient clinics, support groups, and peer support.
Scott Morsch, TechnicianScott Morsch is a Below Knee Amputee having over 20 years experience at APO. Scott has perfected many skills such as custom laminations, custom-silicone liners, custom shaping & custom application of skin color.
Shannon Richard, Office MangerShannon has been working at APO since 2000. She is well versed in insurance guidelines and claim submissions.
